Joe is a Sales Training expert specialising in Automotive & Retails Sales. He shows salespeople how to achieve the best from their chosen career and how to have repeat, happy customers that sing your praises and make referrals to their friends & family.
With over 40 years experience in the Sales Industry & 30 years experience conducting Professional Sales Training, Joe has trained 1000’s of Salespeople across Australia and has been contracted by companies big & small to develop their Sales Team to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
As a young man, Joe joined the Automotive Industry in the 70’s. An era when car salesmen were paid commission only and the industry was competitive and tough. In a sink or Swim environment, Joe was determined to succeed and succeed he did by becoming Dealer Principal before the age of 30. His Dealership was highly successful due to his positive attitude & ability to train his staff.
After his Multi Awards winning career within the Retail and Automotive Industry, Joe in 1986 made his own career change and started his own Automotive Sales Training business then called Dealpath. Many of Joe’s former graduates are still in the Automotive Industry with many progressing into Management whilst others have used their Sales Training skills and knowledge to opened their own successful businesses.
As an acclaimed Sales Trainer, Joe was further contracted by companies including Capitol Motors; Jubilee Ford and Nick Scali Furniture to recruit and train a high calibre of sales person so as to increase the company’s sales volume and achieve a greater Customer Satisfaction Index. He became fondly known in the industry as Mr Fix It.
With his dynamic and no BS presenting style, Joe is passionate about helping people attract more prospects, close more sales, retain higher margins and whilst providing outstanding customer service.
